Join us surrounded in nature for a meditative journey to clarity, center, and connection with Tea Ceremony and Sacred Sound Healing.

"Cha Dao" Tea Ceremony based in Shamanic Daoism is a practice of drinking many warm bowls of old growth Camellia Sinensi leaves to bring vitality to the body, open the mind, and align with the soul. 

Sound is an ancient healing technology which uses frequency to promote calm, balance the nervous system, and support emotional release.

During this experience you be fully immersed in nature as we merge these two powerful tools to tune into ancient earth wisdom, open our hearts, ground, and receive. 

Please bring something to sit on and a journal to record any reflections or messages that come through during the meditation. 

Due to the ceremonial nature of this event, space is limited to 8 individuals.
